Monday
A very wet day. Group activities today were canoeing, caving and adventure. We had to canoe on the canal because the rain has made the water levels on the river too high. It was very windy so we had to paddle very hard. Two of the boats capsized twice, but the boat with Mrs Carleton, Lareb and Sheryl ann didnt so they managed to keep dry.
The caving group went to a new cave today as the one we normally go to is flooded. They really enjoyed climbing in and out and around. They all got very wet.
The adventure group had a really good day abseiling, and waterfall walking.
we had a lovely dinner of roast beef. It was Miraals birthday today, so we celebrated with a birthday cake and chocolates he brought.
All the children are looking far more tired today so we hope to have an earlier night. Please look at the photos.
